The Kokand-based company "R-A-M ORGANIZATION" has agreed with Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant for the supply of rubber worth 100 million rubles, with "Bashplast" LLC - polymer chips worth 50 million rubles, and with JSC BSK - for the supply of 500 tons of soda ash monthly. This was announced at a meeting of the Uzbekistan delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan - Minister of Industry, Energy and Innovation of the Republic of Bashkortostan Alexander Sheldyaev.
"A long history of fruitful cooperation connects our regions in various sectors, including industry, agriculture and many others. Bashkortostan plays an important role in Russia's foreign economic relations with Uzbekistan," said Alexander Sheldyaev. He added that within the framework of participation in the International Industrial Exhibition "INNOPROM. Central Asia" agreements were concluded on the establishment of friendly relations between Sterlitamak and Kokand of the Fergana region, and a roadmap was signed for the development of further cooperation for 2025-2026.
Minister of Foreign Economic Relations and Congress Activities of the Republic Margarita Bolycheva emphasized that engineering equipment, food and agricultural raw materials, mineral resources, textile products and finished textile products, wood and products of the woodworking and pulp and paper industry, as well as products of the chemical industry and rubber showed an increase in export indicators.
During the negotiations, the parties outlined plans for the future, including a visit of an official delegation from the Republic of Bashkortostan to Uzbekistan this year.
