On April 29, National Association of Technical Customers and Other Organizations in the Engineering and Construction Management (NOTECH Association) will conduct an expert session “Project capacity: how to manage establishment of new industrial facilities efficiently” within Internation Industrial Exhibition “INNOPROM. Central Asia” that will take place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from April 28 to April 30, 2025.
Renaissance of industrial construction in CIS countries triggered by geopolitical circumstances revealed the necessity to establish and reinforce own production basis to ensure technological independence as well as focus on sustainable expansion of economy considering the opportunities available in the international markets. How to manage establishment of strategic facilities efficiently?
Within the session, development of technical customer institution is going to be discussed as an important factor that impacts efficiency improvement of industrial projects implementation. The experts will discuss place, role and powers of the technical customer in implementation of infrastructure construction projects in the industrial sector, they will also bring up practical aspects of using digital tools in order to improve quality of design engineering and construction management of industrial facilities, and other issues related to one of the most relevant topic of nowadays – construction management of industrial facilities in all stages of an investment and construction project – from an idea up to placement into service.
