All accredited journalists will receive written confirmation no later than 2 working days before the event. A printed confirmation or screenshot must be presented to reception or you will be denied access to the event.
- Preliminary accreditation of journalists is necessary to provide them with the most comfortable conditions for covering the event.
- Accreditation of journalists is required for the event.
- Accreditation will be carried out according to the internal rules of the event.
- Media representatives accredited to participate in the event must comply with the requests and instructions of the Organizer (Business Event LLC) regarding compliance with the internal regulations of exhibitions.
- Accreditation of journalists is valid throughout the duration of the event.
- The organizer has the right, at its discretion, to regulate the number of media representatives at events in accordance with necessity and internal regulations.
An accredited journalist can:- Free use of all premises, devices and services specifically provided by the organizers for the work of media and press service employees;
- Receive information and reference materials about the event (press releases, event programs, etc.) in advance;
- Participate in press conferences, press approaches, briefings and other media events.
An accredited media representative must:- Publish information received at the event accurately and without distortion;
- Indicate the sources of the information received;
- Warn the organizers, participants and guests of the forum in advance about audio and video recording, filming and photography;
- Immediately stop photo and video filming at the request of the Organizer;
- Upon first request, show the editorial ID or accreditation badge;
- Avoid deliberate misinformation and slander;
- Do not use the information received during the event for personal commercial or mercenary purposes;
- Do not distribute information materials on the event site without permission from the Organizer.
The event organizer reserves the full right to refuse accreditation
