Yes, registration is required to access the event.

Yes, you can get a free electronic ticket to visit the exhibition by completing a short registration on our website.

To enter the event, you will need to show an electronic ticket, which you will receive by mail, on your smartphone screen, or printed.

Please note that visitors are not allowed to attend the main plenary session.

An electronic ticket will be sent to the email address you provided during registration, which you can exchange for a participant badge at the Accreditation Center at: Atrium 1, NEC "Uzexpocenter", Amir Temur Avenue, 107, Tashkent, Uzbekistan

We advise you to receive badges on April 19−21 — during the preliminary work days of the Accreditation Center. This will help save time at the event.

To receive a badge, you must present an electronic ticket and an identity document.

If all badges for an organization are received by its representative, you will need to form a power of attorney in your Personal Account and certify it with the company’s seal. Please do not forget to select the date and time of your visit to the Accreditation Center in your Personal Account before receiving badges by proxy.

If you are an exhibitor, access to your Personal Account to register for badges will be sent to you automatically by email to your contact person. Please request access to your Personal Account from the employee responsible for your company’s participation in the exhibition.

The "Delegate" badge is provided by the organizers in accordance with the regulations specified in the Participant’s Guide.

If you need to register one participant, please select the "Individual registration" type. If you need to register two or more participants from your organization, please select the "Company Registration" type.

1. INNOPROM mobile application for more efficient work at the exhibition. The functionality of the mobile application will allow you to:

• find potential suppliers or partners;
• schedule a meeting with representatives of the company you are interested in;
• study the interactive layout of the exhibition and quickly find the hall and stand you are interested in;
• always have an electronic ticket to the exhibition in digital form at hand;
• get acquainted with the schedule and content of the business program of the exhibition, make a selection by dates and topics of events, save information;
• sign up to participate in exhibition tours

2. An electronic business card is an exclusive opportunity that we provide to our participants to simplify the exchange of contacts during business negotiations and meetings at the exhibition. The QR code on your badge will be multifunctional - firstly, it will be required for access to exhibition pavilions and business program events, and secondly, when your interlocutor points the smartphone camera at you, an electronic business card will open with the contact information that you provide in the registration form. Your interlocutor will be able to immediately save your data in their phone contacts. This feature will save time and make communication more efficient.

3. Inviting partners. if you want to invite colleagues and partners to visit your stand or hold negotiations on the exhibition grounds, you can use a special invitation form in your Personal Account. To invite, just enter the partner’s name, email, stand number - and a beautiful letter with a link to registration and information about the location of the exhibition will be sent to the addressee.
